Girl Scouts
Brownies & Juniors:
Curious Kids' Museum offers a badge-earning program for Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts. Each Scout will complete their badge in one session and badge certificates will be provided by the Museum. The Museum is proud to now have three exciting ways to go on a Badge Quest: stay overnight at the Museum with your troop and earn a badge, come for a workshop during the week or Saturday mornings with your troop, or earn a badge during family programming on special Saturdays with your family (a perfect opportunity for Juliette scouts). The overnights are offered approximately once a month and are scheduled from Friday evening at 7:00 until Saturday morning at 8:00. The weekday workshops can be scheduled for anytime on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, and the Saturday workshops are offered approximately once a month. Troops can select which Try-It or Badge to earn from the listing below. On Thursdays, one hour of museum time is available for an additional $2 per girl if the troop's arrival time is 4:00 or before.

Daisies: March 4, 2006 is Daisy Garden Day with 3 sessions from 10:30 to 12:00, 12:30 to 2:00 and 2:30 to 4:00 and includes 30 minutes of crafts and activities and 1 hour of museum time. The cost is $5 per girl with no charge for leaders and a minimum of 8 girls. A $40 deposit and pre-registration is required. Museum admission is a special $2.75 for accompanying parents and siblings.

Cadettes & Seniors: Curious Kids' Museum also offers the opportunity for Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts to earn their service requirements for their Interest Projects and to earn the Museum Discovery Interest Project. Please call Patty at the Museum to discuss volunteering to help with an overnight, a workshop, or other opportunities. The museum is also willing to work with you for Silver Award and Gold Award projects.
