Our Rhea eggs are fascinating in size shape, texture, and color.  Our eggs are generally 5 - 6 inches tall.  Their color is a yellowish light tan as shown in the photo.  In contrast to the granular texture of the EMU eggs, the Rhea eggs are smooth  We make a hole in the bottom of the eggs and drain the contents.

We think you'll find dozens of craft uses for these eggs.  They are also great as an educational item for the classroom.  Lastly, we think they're rather fun to just have around - we like to hold them and look them over - a wonder of nature!
